Fundraising is necessary to support annual special events such as Assemblies, Fun and Field day, class trips including buses, and class T-shirts. This year we would like to offer an “Opt- Out Option” which gives you the choice not to participate in fundraising by making a one-time donation directly to the PTO. After reviewing the 2012-2013 budget, we expect to spend approximately $100.00 per student to provide the services and events for the upcoming year. If your family is interested in this option, please fill out this form and check off the “Opt-Out Option.” If you choose the opt out option, you will not receive fundraising information, such as Kastle Kreations and Entertainment Books, however you will continue to receive information on, Family events (Boogie Bash, Breakfast with Santa) pretzel sales, snack grams, holiday sales (December Holidays, Mother’s Day and Father’s Day). We are requesting a minimum donation of $25.00 per student. Checks should be made out to “Lindeneau PTO” and returned to school.
