Road Contruction

Please note that starting next week Plainfield Avenue will be under construction.  Even though the work is to be done in the evenings, you may want to plan an alternate route to and from Lindeneau School

The County of Middlesex has awarded a nighttime milling and resurfacing contract, to Top Line Construction Corp., for Plainfield Avenue.

The work has a completion time of 90 days from the start date of April 8, 2013.

The project limits are Lincoln Highway (Route 27) to Jefferson Boulevard. The signalized intersection at Jefferson Blvd. will receive pedestrian upgrades to handicap ramps and crosswalks, but the signal timing and signal operation will remain unchanged. The school crossing at the south-east Seymour Avenue intersection with Plainfield Avenue will also receive pedestrian upgrades to handicap ramps and crosswalks, as well as in-street pedestrian crossing signs. All other intersections will receive new handicap ramps.

Please plan alternate routes to avoid traffic delays.
