Due to an overabundance of caution, we will cancel Tiger Shop scheduled for this Friday. We plan to reopen next month.

If you have an urgent need and need school supplies for your child, please email us at lindeneaupto@gmail.com and we can arrange to pull the items from the store, tell you the cost and deliver the items to your child's classroom.

The Lindeneau PTO will be holding our annual Holiday Store Thursday, December 9th and Friday, December 10th.

As is tradition, the students will have their own shopping experience at school to purchase holiday gifts for family and friends, all on their own. The Holiday Store provides a convenient and safe place for the children to shop while affording them an opportunity to learn about money and responsibility. They discover the value of making wise decisions as well as the joy of selecting a thoughtful gift for a loved one.

As with last year’s sale, there will be over one hundred inexpensive items from which the children may choose. Items are suitable for gift giving to parents, grandparents, siblings, friends and even pets. The gifts range from $1 to $20.  Look for the Holiday Store envelope, being sent home this week, to make note of how much she/he may spend in each category.

We are still in need of volunteers to help run the store on both dates and to set up the store the evening of December 8th. If you can help, please sign up here.

Thanksgiving Pie and Donut Pick Up

 

If you ordered and paid for Thanksgiving pies and/or donuts, they will be ready for pick-up at the main door of the school on Wednesday, November 24th at early dismissal pick-up time at 1:30pm until 2:30pm.

PLEASE NOTE:  If you need a late pick-up, you MUST email the PTO at lindeneaupto@gmail.com so that we may pull your order and meet you at a later time at school.  We encourage all pick-ups to happen at dismissal, but we will make arrangements to ensure you receive your order.

Tuesday, Nov. 16th from 5-6:30pm (Conference Night) &

Wednesday, Nov. 17th at school pick-up 3:30-4:00pm

Orders will be at the main door.

PTO Membership

YOU'RE INVITED to join the Lindeneau Parent Teacher Organization (PTO). With your support, the PTO works tirelessly to allow all the children of Lindeneau the opportunities our school budgets would not allow.

In prior years, the PTO has covered:

• Class trip busing
• Fun & Field Day
• New books for the school's library
• School assemblies
• School plays and more!

Your membership fee ($5 for a single parent/guardian and $8 for a two parent household) helps support our budget and demonstrates how important our efforts are for all the children of Lindeneau. Together, your membership fees and PTO fundraising efforts help meet our goals. Your membership also allows voting privileges for the school year.

Welcome Back - Please Join the Lindeneau PTO

WELCOME BACK Lindeneau families and a BIG welcome to our new families joining our community!  We are glad you are here!

We hope summer was terrific, relaxing and fun, and that you and your families remain healthy and safe!

Below, you will find an information sheet with all pertinent information on what the Lindeneau PTO is and what we do on behalf of all the school children.  It has our email, web page, Facebook page and Instagram page so you can keep up with all the information we will be putting out during the school year.  Please be sure to subscribe on our website for email communications and follow us!

We ask to please consider joining the PTO by submitting this form.  Although we do fundraising year-round, your membership fee helps us tremendously in trying to achieve our goals for the upcoming school year and demonstrate how important our efforts are for the school.  The PTO provides new books for the school library, helps with class trips and assemblies, plans and executes Fun and Field Day, helps with the school play, provides HS scholarships and so much more.  5th Grade families, the PTO provide our Lindeneau graduates with yearbooks free of charge and helps the administration on sending them off to middle school in a special way.  But, we cannot do it without YOUR HELP!

Membership for a single parent/guardian household is $5 and only $8 for a two parent/guardian household.  You may pay cash or check (made payable to the Lindeneau PTO) and send to our attention to the school's office.  You may also submit instant payment by clicking here: PayPal account.

Yearbook Distribution

IS IN!!!!

All 5th graders will receive theirs during the in school 5th grade class celebration on Thursday, June 17th.

All in person students who ordered a yearbook will receive theirs on Monday, June 21st in their classroom.

All remote students who ordered a yearbook can pick up their copy from the office on Monday and Tuesday, June 21st and June 22nd.

Congrats to Mrs. Garcia, Mrs. Winik and the yearbook team for putting together a memorable yearbook which will be a keepsake for years to come!

Lindeneau Parents - 

Mr. Monteleone has shared his classroom with all Lindeneau students.  It includes books, activities, and a calming corner to help refocus.  Your children should be familiar with it and hopefully use it.

Lindeneau Family in Need

If possible, please bring donations (to the PTO's attention) to the school by Friday, March 19th.

One of our families has had a fire affect their house.  They have lost a lot of their belongings including pets.  They can use our help.  Their need is urgent.  Insurance claims and such will take a great amount of time.

If you have clothing and items to help the family get back on their feet, the sizing is below:

Please bring any donations to the school and the PTO will ensure it gets to the family.

Additionally, the PTO will also be collecting monetary donations to be given directly to the family.  Any and all amounts are welcome.  Please make your check payable to Lindeneau PTO and indicate it is for the family affected by the fire.  We will work with the school to get it into the family's hands ASAP.

We are now taking orders for newly produced masks.  They are $10 each and are available in both adult and child sizes.

Masks will be available in either navy and purple with a white Lindeneau paw print on the cheek area.
