Fundraising Opt-Out Option

Fundraising is necessary to support the programs and events sponsored by the PTO, such as school-wide assemblies, Fun and Field day, and the buses and T-shirts for the class trips. This year, the PTO would like to offer an Opt-Out option which gives you the choice to not participate in fundraising by making a one-time donation directly to the PTO. After reviewing this year's PTO budget, we expect to spend approximately $140.00 per student in order to provide these services and events for the upcoming year. If you choose the Opt-Out option, you will not receive fundraising information, such as Fall/Spring Sale catalogs and Kidstuff Books, however you will continue to receive information on Family events (Boogie Bash, Breakfast with Santa), pretzel sales, snack grams and holiday sales. The minimum donation to opt-out is $25.00 per family. If your family is interested in the Opt-Out option, or if you do not want to Opt-Out but would like to make a tax-deductible donation, please fill out this form and check the applicable box. Otherwise, you do not need to return the form. Checks should be made out to “Lindeneau PTO” and can be returned to school along with the form.
