Lindeneau PTO Amended By-laws

Lindeneau Parent Teacher Organization Inc. by-laws were originally adopted November 11, 1993. Since that time the organization has grown and gone through many changes.  Therefore, over the summer of 2011 the PTO Executive Board set out to update the by-laws by making corrections, clarifying some articles and adding articles that are now required to qualify as a tax exempt 501(c)(3) organization.  These amended by-laws were proposed at our September 23, 2011 general PTO meeting, and are set to be voted on at the October 20, general meeting.  You can view the by-laws here: Lindeneau Parent Teacher Organization Inc. by-laws.  Text in red strikethrough is marked for deletion from the original by-laws and text in green is the proposed corrections and additions.
